South Carolina Network Roleplay Storefront Terms of Service

By accessing or making a purchase through the South Carolina Network Roleplay ("SCNRP," "we," "our," or "us") storefront, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.

1. Digital In-Game Purchases

All products offered through the SCNRP storefront are digital, in-game benefits intended solely for use within South Carolina Network Roleplay. Purchases may include vehicles, roles, priority access, cosmetic items, or other server-specific perks.

These purchases do not grant ownership of SCNRP, its assets, its server, or any intellectual property. Access to all items remains subject to server availability, server rules, and these Terms of Service.

2. Important Information & Disclaimers

• All purchases are final — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Products sold are digital, in-game items only — no files or downloadable content will be provided.

• All items and perks are granted exclusively within the server and hold no real-world value.

• Attempting to charge back or dispute a purchase may result in a permanent ban from the server and store.

• Delivery times may vary, but most purchases are processed automatically or within a reasonable timeframe.

• By purchasing, you agree to follow all server rules and understand that perks may be adjusted or removed to maintain balance and fairness.

3. Delivery of Purchases

Most purchases are delivered automatically. When manual processing is required, SCNRP staff will make reasonable efforts to complete delivery promptly.

You are responsible for providing the correct Discord, FiveM, Rockstar, or other account information required for delivery. SCNRP is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information supplied at checkout.

4. Server Rules and Conduct

All purchasers must follow the current SCNRP server rules, Discord rules, community guidelines, and staff directions. A purchase does not exempt any member from moderation, disciplinary action, suspension, removal of perks, or permanent bans.

Items may be modified, substituted, restricted, or removed when necessary to preserve server balance, fairness, technical stability, or the overall health of the community.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before opening a payment dispute, contact SCNRP staff so the matter can be reviewed. Fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized chargeback attempts may result in immediate revocation of purchased perks and permanent removal from the SCNRP server, Discord, and storefront.

SCNRP reserves the right to provide relevant purchase, account, delivery, and communication records to the payment processor when responding to a dispute.

6. Suspension, Termination, and Availability

SCNRP may suspend or terminate access to the server, storefront, or purchased perks for violations of these Terms, server rules, or applicable law. SCNRP does not guarantee uninterrupted server availability and is not responsible for downtime caused by maintenance, updates, platform outages, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

7. Changes to These Terms

SCNRP may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the storefront or server after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
